The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction project teams and managing various construction documents while maintaining strong communication with subcontractors.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret drawings, submittals, change order pricing, and construction documents
Ability and willingness to pick up the phone and call subcontractors up to 50 times a day to collect documents (change order pricing, submittals, closeout documents, etc)
Unblock yourself by coordinating with subs, GC team, and/or finding the necessary construction document
Manage logs within construction project management software and tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PlanGrid, Viewpoint, etc
Work 2-3 hours a day during typical business hours
Qualification
Required
5+ years working for a mid-size to large commercial General Contractor in the United States
7+ years of experience working in the Construction industry
Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with GC PM/PE, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Experience working as a Construction PE/PM in North America
Preferred
You are a creative problem solver
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your own schedules
