Mid LevelGolden Arches Roofing & Construction is seeking an energetic and motivated Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will expand the customer base and deliver exceptional roofing solutions while managing accounts and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories through lead generation and cold calling
Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demos, and upselling additional roofing solutions
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and expand brand awareness
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Conduct territory management activities to optimize coverage, identify potential clients, and maximize sales opportunities
Present technical sales presentations to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes clearly and confidently
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company targets
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate new leads and enhance brand visibility
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management
Qualification
Required
Must live in Austin or surrounding areas that are within 1 hour drive
Proven experience in Roofing sales, hail / wind damage assessment, and insurance claims
Strong management skills with the ability to quickly mobilize and drive hail / wind storm sales initiatives effectively
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, vendor management, account management and closing sales
Familiarity with CRM software such as Acculynx & HailTrace or similar platforms for tracking sales & storm activities
A customer service-oriented mindset with consistent follow up and project management skills
Strong analysis skills to hail storm data and identify new opportunities
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients at all levels
Preferred
Experience in retail bid sales is a plus but not required
