Responsibilities
Oversee the acquisition of new patients on a weekly cadence and new facilities on a quarterly cadence
Work with a team of VA reps to ensure company goals and team growth goals are met
Use Salesforce to keep your performance and funnel organized
Develop relationships and understanding of BioWave to acquire referrals regularly
Plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance for 'cluster calls' at Veteran Medical Facilities, performing product demonstrations (in-services) and closing accounts at the provider level
Become an expert in BioWave and the VA to better understand and serve our customers and prospects
Spearhead the business development of BioWave’s full product line
Qualification
Required
Experience in/with Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic, Chiropractic, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and related pain management fields
>2 years of experience in sales
Proficiency in Salesforce
Ability to form relationships across the organization – particularly with the VA and Sales Department
Positive, persuasive communicator
Preferred
Interest in/experience with the VA/Clinical industry
Experience with Electro stimulation technology
Sales awards/achievements
Proof of success in past roles
Bachelor's of physical therapy, physical rehab, kinesiology, biology, nursing, occupational therapy or related fields are preferred
