Marketing Operations Analyst
Arcoro is a rapidly growing SaaS company that provides modular HR solutions for the construction industry. The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing tech stack, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to drive revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Qualified, and supporting tools
Manage system configuration, integrations, data flow, and user permissions
Partner with RevOps, Sales and IT to ensure clean handoffs and aligned processes
Document and maintain marketing operations SOPs, workflows, and governance standards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability across marketing processes
Own lead lifecycle definitions and processes across inbound, outbound, ABM, and events
Maintain lead scoring models (demographic, firmographic, and behavioral)
Monitor data quality, enrichment, de-duplication, and segmentation standards
Ensure accurate routing, SLA tracking, and handoff between Marketing, BDRs, and Sales
Support experimentation and optimization of lead qualification and conversion strategies
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing campaigns and programs from lead to funnel conversion
Analyze performance by segment, channel, campaign, persona, and product line
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to define success metrics and KPIs
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for action
Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights
Serve as the primary administrator for Qualified, including playbooks, workflows, and AI configuration
Optimize inbound engagement to drive faster demo scheduling and pipeline creation
Monitor performance and adoption across Sales and BDR teams
Partner with Sales and RevOps to evolve inbound experiences over time
Ensure reporting and attribution from Qualified is aligned with broader funnel and pipeline reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, or a related role
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (administration strongly preferred)
Experience managing or supporting conversational marketing or inbound routing tools (Qualified preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels and MQL → SQL → pipeline metrics
Experience building dashboards and reporting for funnel performance and revenue attribution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and leadership
