Responsibilities
Oversee all plant and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and production support
Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements, internal standards, and OSHA regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs, Lean principles, and process optimization
Manage labor planning, budgets, and operational performance metrics
Partner with corporate leadership, customers, and suppliers to support business goals
Foster a strong safety culture and accountability across the facility
Qualification
Required
Previous Plant Manager or Operations Manager experience in automotive warehousing or automotive supply chain environments
Strong knowledge of automotive logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations
Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or warehouse optimization initiatives
Familiarity with Tier 1 or OEM automotive customer expectations
