Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end manual testing activities across multiple SFCM modules
Review and analyze business and technical requirements to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
Validate data integrity, transformations, and system integrations using complex SQL queries
Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as part of the upgrade cycle
Own and manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and test status reporting
Coordinate closely with offshore QA teams, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Work with multiple business stakeholders, application teams, and end-to-end test teams to align on test objectives and outcomes
Ensure test evidence, metrics, and documentation meet project and compliance standards
Support or contribute to test automation efforts using Java-based frameworks, LeanFT, or Selenium
Identify regression candidates suitable for automation as part of the upgrade stabilization effort
Provide clear, timely test status reports to project leadership
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and quality gaps, escalating issues at the right time
Act as the single point of accountability onsite for testing-related communication and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in SQL (complex joins, data validation, backend testing)
Extensive hands-on manual testing experience in complex enterprise applications
Proven experience in test management and QA coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
Experience in risk management, issue tracking, and escalation
Experience supporting application upgrade or migration projects
Preferred
Support or contribute to test automation efforts using Java-based frameworks, LeanFT, or Selenium
Identify regression candidates suitable for automation as part of the upgrade stabilization effort
