This role requires a strong technical background combined with deep experience in PI Planning, Release Management, and cloud-based application delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and budget
Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
Own release management planning and execution across enterprise platforms and applications
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for VPs, Directors, and Executive leadership
Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into clear, executive-level messaging
Drive project and program planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business teams
Partner closely with engineering teams working on AWS-based platforms using Python and Java
Own project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, PI objectives, and executive summaries
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies and communicate them clearly to leadership
Lead stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, PI events, and executive briefings
Ensure programs and releases align with business goals and strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience as a Technical Project / Program Manager
10+ years of hands-on experience with PI Planning (Program Increment Planning)
10+ years of experience in Release Management for complex, multi-team environments
Strong technical experience working with AWS, Python, and Java-based systems
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (must be comfortable presenting to executives)
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe frameworks, and technical architectures
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
Ability to confidently engage with senior leadership, VPs, and executive stakeholders
Preferred
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
Experience working in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and hybrid delivery environments
Background supporting cloud, platform, or enterprise-scale systems
Experience creating executive dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
