Mid LevelUS FREIGHT is seeking a highly technical and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to design and automate internal systems that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves data modeling, workflow automation, and providing technical infrastructure guidance to create end-to-end solutions that eliminate inefficiencies.

Responsibilities
Design automated workflows that improve efficiency and data integrity across departments
Build advanced financial and operational reports, translating complex business rules into scalable data models
Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, including advanced DAX and Power Query transformations
Integrate business systems to ensure clean and consistent data flow across the organization
Provide technical infrastructure guidance (hardware, networking, performance, security) to support custom-built solutions
Solve root causes, designing systems that prevent issues before they occur
Qualification
Required
Background in Computer Science, Finance, or Information Systems
Experience with SQL databases or API integrations
Prior experience in a hybrid role involving both software logic and physical IT infrastructure
Expert‑level Power BI experience (advanced DAX, SQL, data modeling)
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, ROI, forecasting, budgeting)
Experience mapping, refining, and automating business processes (ERP/CRM/middleware)
Solid technical foundation in hardware, networking, connectivity, and security
A proactive problem‑solving approach and systems‑thinking mindset
