Sales Engineer
MachMotion is a U.S.-based manufacturing company that specializes in CNC retrofit and upgrade solutions. They are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer who will manage customer accounts, provide technical solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales plans and relationship building.

Responsibilities
Educate customers on MachMotion products and retrofit options to identify best-fit solutions
Conduct sales calls with technical decision-makers at small, mid-sized, and enterprise manufacturing companies
Perform onsite visits as needed to support sales and relationship development
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific industries and machine types
Develop complex, customized quotes based on machine type, application, and customer requirements
Negotiate consultative sales solutions in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing
Manage orders through MachMotion’s internal sales and fulfillment processes
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting using HubSpot CRM
Contribute to revenue forecasts, sales targets, and gross margin goals
Collaborate with the Development team to align product capabilities with customer demand
Support marketing initiatives that align with and enhance sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (manufacturing or industrial sales preferred)
Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery, controls, or manufacturing environments preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and work independently
Comfortable working with complex technical concepts
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment
