Responsibilities

Welcome and guide clients through immersive VR experiences
Explain the experience clearly and confidently, step by step
Ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported while using VR headsets
Monitor movement and reactions during sessions (walking/turning/gesturing) to ensure safety
Set up, calibrate, and operate VR equipment and supporting devices
Troubleshoot basic issues (headsets, connectivity, device setup) and escalate complex cases to IT
Keep the Arena environment prepared, clean, and aligned with brand standards
Coordinate schedules and manage client appointments (no walk-ins)
Collaborate with remote UX leads and technical teams to improve the experience over time

Required

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, client service, retail, events, support, etc.)
Strong communication skills and confident, professional presence
High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience, adaptability, calm under pressure
Reliable and accountable - comfortable working independently on-site
Basic comfort with technology (computers/devices/troubleshooting at user level)
Native or fluent English required
Must be able to work fully on-site
Permanent work authorization in the US
