Chief Strategist
LDX Digital is seeking a Chief Strategist to own demand strategy across a portfolio of growth-stage Google Ads accounts. The role focuses on diagnosing demand constraints, leading creative-driven growth, and raising decision quality without a people-management focus.

Responsibilities
Diagnose demand vs efficiency constraints
Decide when to scale, stabilize, or reset
Manage tradeoffs between volume, CPA, learning, and growth
Analyze creative performance patterns
Identify winning hooks, messages, and formats
Detect creative fatigue early
Translate insights into creative briefs
Diagnose LP bottlenecks from ad behavior
Push CRO priorities with evidence
Run strategy reviews
Challenge assumptions
Approve or reject strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
Deep Demand Gen, YouTube, and non-brand growth experience
Ownership of meaningful spend levels
Experience scaling beyond easy efficiency
Experience navigating downturns
Ability to explain why strategies succeed or fail
Comfort making decisions without perfect data
Calm growth management under volatility
Willingness to push back with evidence
