Responsibilities
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from ERP systems to support daily operational and supply chain activities
Analyze material usage, inventory levels, demand trends, and supply risks to identify improvement opportunities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tools (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)
Track material costs and support cost optimization and cost-reduction initiatives
Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and present analytical reports to operations, supply chain, engineering, and management teams
Support forecasting, planning, and procurement activities through data-driven insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability
Assist with ERP data transition activities as the organization moves from IFS to SAP
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Excel expertise
Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams
Experience with material movement, procurement, and ERP systems (IFS and SAP)
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from ERP systems to support daily operational and supply chain activities
Analyze material usage, inventory levels, demand trends, and supply risks to identify improvement opportunities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tools (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)
Track material costs and support cost optimization and cost-reduction initiatives

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools)
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
Working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
