Responsibilities

Strengthen the agency’s position as a premier, insight-led communications partner through distinctive storytelling and consistent market presence
Design and execute a global marketing strategy that builds brand equity and reputation
Create and oversee targeted campaigns highlighting the agency’s capabilities, work, and thought leadership—tailored to key growth sectors and geographies
Partner with agency leaders to create credentials, case studies, and various insights
Drive the agency’s participation in high-impact industry events, sponsorships, and award programs that enhance credibility and attract clients
Build new partnerships focused on various areas
Use analytics to evaluate marketing ROI and refine strategies
Develop a strategy to inform and leverage agency ambassadors through internal and external communications and social media

Required

12+ years of experience in marketing strategy within a communications, media, or creative services environment
Proven success connecting marketing strategy to business development outcomes and pipeline growth
Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital performance, and lead-generation strategies
Experienced in working with C-suite leaders, shaping narratives for global brands, and influencing across functions
Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business
Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a strong sense of ownership
Confident communicator and storyteller who can inspire internal and external audiences
Collaborative leadership style that thrives in a fast-moving, global agency environment
Energized by growth, change, and building something new

Preferred

MBA or equivalent experience preferred
