Admin & Data Specialist, North American Disaster Relief
Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Admin & Data Specialist to join their North American Disaster Relief team. In this role, you will support Special Projects objectives by managing personnel engagement and data management efforts during disaster responses, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Support Special Projects and NADR objectives by preparing for and deploying immediately following a disaster, managing the process of ensuring the appropriate amount of personnel are engaged, trained, and informed of expectations
Lead the data management efforts of Special Projects responses and provide analysis of that data to key leaders in order to allow data-driven decision-making
Coordinate communication with all stakeholders (local churches, personnel, IHQ, etc) to ensure everyone is informed throughout a response of the status and any changes
In conjunction with the Manager, Special Projects, train select audiences regarding Special Projects communication, data management and reporting processes in order for them to augment the Special Projects capability when disasters arise
Assist the Manager, Special Projects with the development of training materials and the execution of training for other Special Projects-related training
Build relationships and work closely with all teams across NADR (Fleet Teams, Program Managers, Assistant Program Mangers, Finance, Training, etc.)
Work closely with the NADR Site Leadership Team in coordinating personnel selection, travel, and accommodations for engaged personnel throughout Special Projects responses
Audit the implemented processes to ensure all beneficiaries are being ministered to appropriately and in a timely manner, and to ensure the processes are effective and efficient while affording excellence in ministry
Provide written daily updates and contribute to After Action Reviews (AARs) following each deployment

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two (2) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Serve as an effective member of a team
Ability to work well under pressure in difficult situations
Highly effective communication skills including written and oral
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
General knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn in-house specialized computer applications
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation Medical Card
Preferred
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required
