Responsibilities
Lead business analysis efforts for onboarding a new System of Record, replacing multiple legacy systems and key functional capabilities within the architecture
Partner with business, architecture, security, and engineering teams to define current-state and future-state business processes and system workflows
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including data models, integrations, reporting, security, and compliance needs
Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support data migration and data governance efforts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability from legacy systems to the new SoR
Analyze and define integration requirements between the SoR and upstream/downstream systems, including APIs, event-driven workflows, and batch processes
Participate in UAT planning and execution, validating that the new SoR meets business and operational needs
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, including identity, access management, security, and auditability
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to system replacement and drive mitigation strategies
Support change management activities, including documentation, training support, and stakeholder communication
Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and traceability across requirements and delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst
Experience onboarding or implementing a System of Record or replacing core enterprise systems
Strong background in business process analysis, system integration, and requirements management
Experience working within complex enterprise architectures
Ability to work cross-functionally with business, technical, and security stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
