2+ years expBaby Trend is seeking a junior to mid-level ERP (NetSuite) Administrator/IT Helpdesk to support the administration and daily operations of their NetSuite ERP platform. This role will assist with user management, reporting, and cross-functional support to ensure systems meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Support NetSuite user management, roles, access, and basic system configuration
Assist with NetSuite reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows
Monitor data accuracy and assist with data cleanup tasks
Support standard business processes for inventory, order management, and financials
Assist with testing of system updates and process changes
Provide user support and basic training for ERP functions
Work primarily with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to address system needs
Liaison with external NS vendors(Netsuite, HAND)
Document processes, standard procedures, and user guides
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Assist with basic IT helpdesk items locally, troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience supporting NetSuite
Experience with CMS platforms or website maintenance
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication skills with technical and non-technical users
Comfortable working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders
Preferred
NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or Administrator) or working toward certification
Exposure to manufacturing/distribution system workflows
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or web analytics tools
