Responsibilities
Maintain accurate documentation and meeting records
Track progress and update internal systems
Produce presentations, reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Coordinate materials to support smooth project operations
Act as a central point of contact for project teams and suppliers
Schedule and facilitate meetings and reviews
Communicate actions clearly and monitor completion
Support cross‑functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships
Apply PMO standards, processes and templates
Maintain clear, accurate project documentation
Support change control and internal policy compliance
Reinforce disciplined project execution
Qualification
Required
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to structure work clearly and maintain momentum
Confident written and verbal communication, able to present information in a clear and concise way
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Good working knowledge of project management tools (for example Excel, Jira or equivalent)
Understanding of core project management principles and how they apply in day‑to‑day delivery
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and reporting
Preferred
Experience working in a PMO or structured project delivery environment
Experience in financial planning, financial services, or another regulated industry where governance and documentation standards are important
