Senior LevelLargeton Group is seeking an SAP BTP Datasphere Support Lead to serve as the primary lead for SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud support within an Application Managed Services team. The role involves performing health checks, providing application support, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with data engineers.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary lead for SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) support within an Application Managed Services (AMS) team
Perform daily health checks and monitoring of SAP Datasphere dataflows, system connections, and SAC dashboards
Provide L2/L3 application support, resolve complex support tickets, and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis
Optimize system and dashboard performance by analyzing and tuning queries and data models
Manage user access and role-based security, ensuring secure and reliable data delivery
Collaborate with data engineers to deploy configuration changes, release updates, and validate system enhancements
Support business users with dashboard issues, data validation, and troubleshooting
Document solutions and contribute to support knowledge base
Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
Qualification
Required
Serve as the primary lead for SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) support within an Application Managed Services (AMS) team

Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC
Knowledge of Finance or Operations domains
