Responsibilities
Lead and support large-scale accounts receivable cleanup and backlog resolution , including historical reconciliation work
Manage high-volume transactional activity across active accounts
Perform detailed account analysis and discrepancy resolution
Support general ledger accounting , including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Assist with financial reporting and internal reporting support
Partner with AR and AP teams to improve processes and accuracy
Work extensively in Excel to manage reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis in a manual environment
Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives, including potential future ERP implementation
Collaborate closely with accounting leadership on operational and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
Strong technical accounting fundamentals
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-volume setting
Experience in accounts receivable remediation efforts
Experience in general ledger accounting
Experience with month-end close activities
Experience with reconciliations
Experience with financial reporting
Ability to manage high-volume transactional activity
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and discrepancy resolution
Experience in partnering with AR and AP teams to improve processes and accuracy
Experience in contributing to system and process improvement initiatives
Ability to collaborate closely with accounting leadership on operational and process enhancements
