Supv Management & Program Analyst (Operational Performance Integration and Workforce Planning)

Responsibilities
Planning and directing office functional requirements, including operational program analysis and decision support, operational metric development and target setting, strategic planning facilitation, enterprise risk management coordination and operational strategic priorities development
Providing guidance and support to Deputy Commandant for Operations (DCO) in support of mission level evaluation factors and future year program planning direction including workload, personnel requirements and input into the Global Force Management process
Directing the highly complex administrative work that is responsible for the integration, coordination and development of the Personnel Allowance List (PAL) against workforce priorities across all DCO programs and DCO HQ Units, totaling 3,200+ active duty military, reserve and civilian billets and $320M+ in civilian and military standard personnel costs per year
Supervising civilian and military workforce providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing work of the office
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be registered or exempt from the Selective Service
A one-year probationary period may be required

This position requires a Secret clearance
Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by the closing date of the vacancy

Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the federal sector
