The role involves designing and developing ServiceNow applications, collaborating with business analysts, and ensuring code quality through various development practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications
Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Qualification

ServiceNow developmentJavaScriptServiceNow Certified System AdministratorREST/SOAP integrationsServiceNow modules ITSMServiceNow modules CSMServiceNow modules HRSDAgile/Scrum methodologiesCI/CD pipelinesProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or HRSD
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow IntegrationHub
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred

Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in ServiceNow
Exposure to global or enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
