Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly
Manage a team of engineers, assigning tasks and supervising maintenance operations
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage budgets for maintenance operations and track expenses
Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff
Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of equipment and facilities
Respond to maintenance emergencies and assist with troubleshooting

Required

Proficiency in budget management and cost control
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments
