The Renewable Training Center is seeking a Training Onboarding/Admin Intern to provide onboarding and administrative support to the training team, assisting with various training-related activities.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of materials, scheduling sessions, and coordination with trainers and stakeholders
Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including data entry, record maintenance, and document management
Help track training completion, attendance, and compliance using learning management systems and internal tools
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and onboarding resources as needed
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, and events (virtual and in-person)
Provide general administrative support to the RTC training team, including meeting notes, communications, and reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline onboarding and administrative processes
Assists department with assigned projects
Completes challenging projects and assignments
Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

High school grad / GED
Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program
Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
