VICE PRESIDENT SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio management and compliance for OFN’s on- and off-balance sheet loans and investments
Monitor overall loan portfolio performance, including concentrations by sector, geography, and asset size
Oversee OFN’s quarterly portfolio monitoring dashboard, prepare and present reports to the Chief Investment Officer, Credit Committee, and Investment Committee
Ensure borrower compliance with reporting and covenant requirements, including timely submission of quarterly reports
Review borrower waiver and modification requests, ensure timely follow-up by the portfolio management team, and coordinate presentation and approval by the appropriate credit bodies
Lead analysis of quarterly and semi-annual borrower financial performance trackers, portfolio quality data, and risk rating grids/memos
Review audited annual financial statements, spreads, and risk rating grids; approve annual review memos and ensure timely completion and submission to the SVP, Credit Risk & Portfolio Management
Lead training of new borrowers/investees on compliance reporting templates and processes
Develop and maintain a watchlist loans framework for higher-risk borrowers, ensure timely interventions and escalation to the SVP, Credit Risk & Portfolio Management
Establish and maintain monitoring systems to identify early warning signs and mitigate emerging risks
Ensure integrity and accuracy of portfolio data in OFN’s systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.)
Manage and coordinate OFN’s third-party portfolio review as needed
Strengthen investee relationships through consistent engagement and proactive communication
Work closely with Investment Officers/Investment Originations team, and Investment Operations team to ensure smooth handoffs from loan closing to active and consistent portfolio monitoring and risk management standards
Coordinate with Investment Originations and Investment Operations teams on loan renewals, restructurings, modifications, and watchlist loans
Support smooth transitions from underwriting to active portfolio management
Collaborate closely with Investment Services senior leadership on strategic initiatives and portfolio risk management priorities
Develop and strengthen relationships with OFN’s investees and members
Partner across OFN and collaborate with other teams to support OFN’s mission
Represent OFN at industry conferences, panels, and webinars
Manage and mentor Portfolio Management Associates and Senior Associates
Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and promote professional development opportunities
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team
