Responsibilities

Lead monthly reporting and external data submissions
Work closely with the account team, providing data, monitoring, and analytics support aligned with profitability and growth goals
Perform analyses to assist business decision making and strategy development
Maintain and enhance loss monitoring Power BI dashboard
Collaborate with Data Solutions and NA Data Office to help bring new data solutions to the team, streamline/automate processes, and optimize dashboards
Provide clear and concise communication of technical work
Drive continuous improvement of processes and methodology
Proactively identify training opportunities; create & deliver content accordingly
Maintain clear and concise documentation of methods and activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required
Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies, and techniques
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS)
Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
Solid understanding of business to improve business outcomes

Preferred

Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field are preferred fields of study
Power BI experience preferred
