Client Services Coordinator
Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to work collaboratively with the Corporate Sales team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and managing client needs to support new and existing Corporate Sales clients.

Responsibilities
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns via SAP Business One
Work with vendors to submit Purchase Orders, track shipments, and coordinate any needs direct from vendor on behalf of the client
Manage the lifecycle of each order to ensure timely delivery, coordinate timelines directly with client, and expedite as needed
Collaborate with Corporate Sales fulfillment department to ensure all product is received, quality controlled, serviced, and shipped based on client’s needs
Fill requests for catalogs, information or samples
Setup and maintain customer files and product listings and programs in all system platforms
Maintain and audit all Replink product listings
Support the Director of Corporate Sales and Client Services team in ad hoc projects as needed
Support high volume Regional Sales Managers ensure all clients needs are met and sales targets are reached
Actively support accounts directly via phone and email
Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Proactively recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications, ensuring client satisfaction and improving transaction profitability
Assist and collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on any client presentations or operational tasks
Product Knowledge expert: educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, retail experience preferred
Communicate at all times in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing, to customers and cross-functional stakeholder
Manage time efficiently and work effectively with other members of the Corporate Sales team
Willing to be hands-on and work with the entire team to fulfill operational and organizational needs
Microsoft Office proficiency is required
Preferred
Prior watch or fine jewelry experience is preferred, but not required
