Responsibilities

Coordinate candidate applications, schedule interviews, and draft/facilitate candidate communications. Timely management of viRecruit and LinkedIn Recruiter, essential
Assist with law school outreach, and relationships with career services offices
Assist in organizing networking receptions, outreach initiatives, and panel discussions with firm attorneys on campuses, a variety of event sites and in the office
Assist as needed with the summer associate program and law student recruiting
Responsible for managing all relevant social media activity
Perform various assignments at the request of the attorney talent leadership
Other duties as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
A minimum 2 years of related legal recruiting or human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of practice-specific market research and legal recruiting trends
Excellent communication, planning, organizing and time management skills
The ability to provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients
Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance competing demands with a sense of urgency
Flexible and responsive to time-sensitive demands; willingness to work beyond regular business hours when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of the following systems: iManage Document Management System, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred

Experience with ViRecruit and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with tools such as iManage, Aderant, Interaction, and PreBill Manager
