LHH is a fast-growing, high-performance U.S. manufacturer seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its expanding Finance team. The role involves leading key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, preparing journal entries, and supporting manufacturing and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

Lead key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close

Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory, fixed assets)

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and research/resolve variances

Support manufacturing and inventory accounting , including cost variances

Analyze monthly P&L and balance sheet fluctuations

Maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and documentation

Assist with financial statements and audit support

Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams

Identify process improvements and efficiencies in a fast‑scaling environment

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

5+ years progressive accounting experience

Strong hands-on experience with: Journal entries, Accruals, Balance sheet reconciliations, Month-end close

Experience in a mid-size or large company environment ($100M+ preferred)

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)

ERP experience (manufacturing ERP preferred)

Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills

Someone who steps up, takes initiative, and thrives in a growing, fast-moving environment

Preferred

CPA or CPA candidate

Manufacturing or cost accounting background

Experience supporting high-volume operations

Epicor ERP experience

Public accounting/audit foundation
