Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the digital messaging creative strategy and execution for retail homepages, ensuring all messages are timely, client‑focused, and aligned with strategic priorities
Own the Prospect Homepage (pHome) and Client Homepage (cHome) marketing calendars in partnership with Investor Product Marketing, Trader Marketing, and Insights & Education Marketing—planning content, reviewing creative before publishing, and making updates as needed
Lead implementation activities, including gathering assets, creating tickets, testing experiences, and launching new homepage content
Consult on digital marketing best practices for homepage marquees, alerts, announcements, promo banners, and other message types
Partner with Brand, internal Creative Agency, Publishing, Product, and Trader Marketing teams to ensure creative adheres to mobile, accessibility, and Schwab Digital & Brand standards
Maintain pHome and cHome documentation and manage SharePoint and Confluence spaces, including publishing documentation, monthly performance reporting, and calendars
Collaborate with our Digital Store Experience Team (DSE) on A/B testing opportunities for pHome and cHome, as well as using the mixer for one‑off tests to validate image/copy guidelines, call to action “CTAs”, and other best practices
Update unowned but related web pages (e.g., FAQs) to maintain consistency and accuracy across the digital experience
Contribute to content updates across Schwab.com to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client needs
Support client navigation improvements that enhance findability and overall user experience
Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding the broader client‑experience impact of homepage and messaging work
Track, report and share monthly program metrics, socializing insights with partners to inform business decisions
Conduct message audits, identify underperforming content, and recommend improvements
Recommend enhancements to deepen our message portfolio, refine strategy, and expand personalization opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree required with a strong business or marketing background
Three years of work experience, ideally in digital marketing or marketing program management
Strong project management and self‑management skills; comfortable operating with high accountability and leading timelines directly with partners
Exposure to, or understanding of website operations, including site architecture, content management, CMS experience like Drupal, digital design systems, component page layouts, link management and troubleshooting techniques
Proven ability to build strong working relationships and trust across business lines
A proactive, independent problem‑solving mindset
Highly organized, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent efforts
Analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, generate hypotheses, develop insights, and evaluate strategic trade‑offs
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
