Responsibilities

Manager, lead and develop professional IT staff, coordinating daily IT operations, applications, and support
Lead system analysis, software development, and implementation of projects
Collaborate with business units with business focused mindset to align IT services with organizational needs
Ability to work with cross functional teams in product driven agile environment
Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to software developers, supporting skill development, effective delivery promoting cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and follow up on tasks with minimal/no supervision
Ensure system uptime, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and systems thinking
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new IT initiatives
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, or related field
Five (5) years of system development experience, including programming and technical project leadership
Proficiency in software development, systems analysis, and IT operations
Proven expertise in architecture, modern technologies (cloud and microservices), and DevOps practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands

Preferred

Freight less than truckload (LTL) and truck load (TL) industry knowledge is a plus
