They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Division 8 healthcare projects, manage turnkey scopes, and oversee relationships with general contractors.

Responsibilities
Lead Division 8 healthcare projects from handoff through closeout
Manage full turnkey scope including materials, labor, installation, keying, and punch
Oversee estimator handoff and validate bids prior to execution
Own GC relationships and act as primary point of contact
Coordinate with estimators, APMs, installers, and field teams
Scale and mentor teams (estimators, APMs, field resources)
Manage multiple concurrent projects across Central Florida
Travel regionally as needed (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville)
Operate fully within company systems – no spreadsheet or email-only PMs
Qualification
Required
Strong Division 8 doors, frames, and hardware knowledge, especially healthcare
Experience with medical hardware, frames, and complex hospital specs
Comfortable managing install labor (not material-only roles)
Experience in a true construction PM environment, not sales-only distribution
Must be systems- and process-driven
Willing to learn new software and follow documented workflows
8+ years as a Project Manager
OR 5+ years PM with prior Division 8 estimating experience
Proven ability to run large healthcare projects and smaller GC relationship work
Preferred
Estimating background strongly preferred
