Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand healthcare workflows and objectives
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Create process flows, business documentation, and impact analyses
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure alignment
Support solution design and implementation efforts
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
Support reporting and compliance documentation
Use Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and documentation tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare domain preferred
