Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to company leadership
Attend and assist in owner and leadership meetings (notes, follow-ups, organization)
Manage emails, calendars, documents, and internal communications
Translate and communicate fluently in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Coordinate tasks across departments and follow up on deliverables
Prepare reports, summaries, and business documents
Maintain organized digital filing systems and internal documentation
Support special projects and executive initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) — mandatory
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Professional
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Zoom, etc.)
Flexible availability and adaptability to business needs
