Responsibilities

Make an impact by advancing the Department of Defense’s mission to keep our country safe and secure
The role focuses on running the business: managing operational cadences, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining data in Salesforce and other systems, and providing day-to-day executive and operational support
Work closely with the Senior Director of OPEX and in partnership with the Executive Administrative assistant to ensure meetings, materials, reporting, and follow-through are consistently executed at a high standard
Prepare, coordinate and/or maintain standard operational reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
Run recurring reports on: Program risk status, Execution metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of work experience in a business setting
reporting tools, Salesforce, CRM, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint
Strong communication, problem solving, project or task management, process improvement, data analysis, requirements gathering documentation, knowledge management
US Citizenship Required
Active TS clearance to start, and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
