Implement and improve quality standards
Create reports to track progress toward meeting quality improvement goals
Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure a quality product is delivered
Hire, train and evaluate staff
Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on trends and production yields
Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback and corrective action plans
Communicate with the production team daily
Qualification
Required
Work experience in a manufacturing environment is a must
Computer operational skills ' Excel, Word, basic process monitoring software
Familiarity with and understanding of Quality Control procedures is a must
Basic math skills
Ability to Climb 2 flights of stair
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
