Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog for WFM and support tools (e.g., NICE WFM, Nexidia, Quality Center)
Provide support to the Product Management team by authoring business requirement documents
Provide administrative support for testing, experimentation and readiness efforts
Provide data analytics and data oversight
Provide project management support where appropriate
Assist in tracking, analyzing and creating performance and output reports during and in the follow-up after project completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
1 plus years hands on product experience
1 plus years hands on experience with JIRA
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like NICE WFM, Nexidia, and Quality Center
Experience in capturing and reporting program and project results
Experience with Agile projects and process is a plus
Experience working in call center environment
