Responsibilities
Develop and architect Azure Virtual Desktop environments that align with customer requirements and business objectives
Lead the deployment and configuration of AVD solutions, ensuring best practices and security standards are met
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues within AVD environments, maintaining high system reliability and user satisfaction
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of workstations (desktops and laptops), Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 products
Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource for clients
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Specialist
Ability to design and implement AVD solutions tailored to customer needs
Experience in developing and architecting Azure Virtual Desktop environments
Lead the deployment and configuration of AVD solutions
Ensure best practices and security standards are met
Expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues within AVD environments
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of workstations (desktops and laptops)
Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 products
Deliver outstanding customer service
Act as a trusted advisor and technical resource for clients
