Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis
Perform variance analysis to explain financial performance against budgets/forecasts
Assist in cost analysis and identification of opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes
Collaborate with functional partners to provide financial insights that drive business decisions
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership
Assist in ad-hoc financial and business analysis projects as required
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or related field OR Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of financial analysis/related experience
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions); PowerPoint proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Financial modeling or FP&A experience
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools
Manufacturing or energy sector exposure
