Responsibilities
Demonstrated object-oriented development experience using C++ or JAVA
Software component development, implementation, and integration in Linux
Experience using scripting languages such as Bash and Python
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work closely with assigned teams
Ability to analyze requirements and design tradeoffs against scope, cost, and schedule constraints
Champions continuous improvement, process innovation, and lessons learned activities into software development process and products
Document software designs, practices, and development procedures
Support automated scanning of software and identify vulnerabilities and defects
Engage and lead code reviews and system design reviews
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Capable of collaborating closely with other engineers in a small team or working independently as needed
Manage complex projects or processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Active DoD Security Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
Demonstrated object-oriented development experience using C++ or JAVA

Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and version control
Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
