Responsibilities

Prepare and review technically sound tax work with minimal supervision
Plan, manage, and execute engagements from start to finish
Supervise, coach, and review work of staff and seniors
Maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling
Participate in networking and community involvement activities
Uphold firm policies, procedures, and professional standards
