Responsibilities
Able to lead/represent cross functional meetings (this is one of the major skill set that we look for)
Require high level roles to build, troubleshoot, and prototype Medicaid products
Capture business requirements with clients, testing execution, and troubleshooting for multiple Medicaid program implementations
Serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team
Responsible for the enablement of member benefit configuration strategies by designing, implementing, and executing Configuration
Lead projects for the Configuration space to enable system and process solutions for the Business Configuration tool sets
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Configuration team interfacing with EyeMed's cross functional teams implementing solutions for client requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for large Government Implementations for Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare programs
Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes
Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers and perform data validation
Should be able to build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration need
Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration
Self-manage and prioritize work to achieve designated service level agreements
Also, meet key performance indicators of the Business Configuration solution team for Projects
Collaborate with Configuration leaders on the Configuration roadmap deliverables that enable automation of EyeMed's product and network offerings
Provide Fit/Gap Analysis and Feedback Assessments on new client plans as Configuration is leveraged to bring on new business
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners at all levels of EyeMed leadership

Required
SQL/Database experience
Healthcare claim understanding/benefit configuration

As part of your contractor's compliance while working in the EyeMed department, the OIG/GSA/OFAC screening is an additional requirement for EyeMed positions
Conduct OIG/GSA/OFAC screening prior to placement and once a month thereafter
Email results to LUXOTTICATEMPS@kellyocg.com by the 4th of each month and house each file internally for auditing purposes
EyeMed needs full screenshots where the website link and the date/time the screening was performed are all visible
Screenshots of completed training is required during 1st week of hire
Screenshots are to be kept in file and sent to PMO to upload into IQN
Eyemed Mandatory Training (3 for Compliance purposes and 4 for HiTrust / Security requirements) is required during first 3 weeks and completed passport to be sent to manager, supplier and Contatti@luxotticaretail.com
Preferred
5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration, Understanding for Medicare/Medicaid
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
