Responsibilities
Prepare plans and specifications, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
Provide engineering support during project construction
Coordinate internal and external resources, including subconsultants, for project completion
Interact with clients, and regulatory and permitting agencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college
Registration as a Professional Engineer, registration in California is a plus
At least 10 years of progressive, broad experience in design of civil and water resources projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, groundwater treatment systems, and disinfection systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for at least two years
