Sales Development Representative (SDR) | B2B SaaS
HUG is partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology company building a modern, cloud-native data platform for engineering teams. They are seeking an SDR to help scale outbound efforts, generate pipeline, and engage highly technical buyers.
Responsibilities
Generate 6 qualified opportunities per month
Run high-volume outbound (400+ touches per week) across email, LinkedIn, and phone
Prospect into engineering leaders, DevOps, and technical founders
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Book meetings and hand off to AEs
Use modern CRM, sequencing, and AI tools
Continuously improve messaging and ICP targeting
Qualification
Required
1–3 years' experience in SDR/BDR/inside sales
Comfortable speaking to technical stakeholders
Highly coachable and metrics-driven
Curious about developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure
Organised, resilient, and proactive
Preferred
B2B SaaS experience
