Responsibilities

Lead Regional Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies to master the flow-from from the stockroom, via the shelf-edge, to the shoppers’ heart to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Drive Strategic Sales: Actively engage in our strategic customer accounts to lead executive-level negotiations, and close high-value deals
Shape & Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, mentor, and inspire a strong commercial organization across sales and customer success, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence. The current Pricer Americas sales organization consists of five team members, and we see a need to expand this team to meet growing customer demand and accelerate market penetration
Build Customer Success: Foster strategic account management and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and segments to strengthen Pricer’s footprint in the Americas in line with the global strategy
Represent Pricer: Be the face of Pricer in the Americas, engaging with industry stakeholders and contributing to global leadership decisions

Required

Extensive experience in retail technology, SaaS, or IT sectors, with a preference for candidates who have led a commercial transition from hardware‑centric sales to high-growth SaaS/solution‑based recurring‑revenue models
At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior commercial leadership roles, specifically within the Retail Tech, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors, with a proven ability to personally generate new revenue through executive‑level sales and strategic marketing initiatives
Minimum 8 years of experience leading a sales leadership team (directors and managers), with a focus on coaching and professional development
Documented track record of managing complex, multi‑country P&Ls and improving margins through sophisticated pricing and upsell strategies
Deep understanding of the Americas retail landscape, including competitive, customer, and regulatory dynamics across the US, Canada, and Latin America, enabling well‑founded commercial planning and risk assessment
Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable growth strategies and promote a unified commercial vision across teams and partners
Minimum 8 years of experience leading sales directors and managers, with a focus on coaching, performance development, and fostering cultural alignment grounded in transparency, ownership, and empathy
Excellent executive‑level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, suitable for representing the company as senior sponsor toward high‑value strategic accounts
Ability to drive cultural alignment across a diverse regional organization, practicing leadership through transparency, ownership, and empathy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred to meet the strategic demands of this expanded regional role
