Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic evaluation of speech-language, swallowing and cognitive-linguistic impairments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Use of computer for documentation of daily notes, progress notes and discharge summaries
Maintain outcome measurements
Knowledge of FEES
Coordinate care of patients with other healthcare team members
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech/Language Pathology granted by American Speech/Language Hearing Association
Valid NYS Speech/Language License
With working knowledge using Optima
Has worked with Dysphagia patients
