Responsibilities
Generate new business with aggressive prospecting targeting decision-makers
Own full sales lifecycle including data collection, contract finalization, post-sale support
Use consultative selling to analyze client needs and tailor solutions; prepare executive summaries
Maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and managing renewals
Use Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting
Stay updated on industry trends and products; act as a subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
2-3 years proven success in sales-driven roles
High School Diploma required
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and ability to interpret data
Self-starter with strong work ethic, business acumen, and ethical commitment
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of self-funded and fully insured product/financial arrangements
