They are seeking an experienced home-based Health & Safety and Fire Consultant to undertake general health and safety and fire risk assessments, providing consultancy support and advice to clients in the commercial and residential property sector.

Responsibilities
Undertake general health and safety and fire risk assessments together with consultancy support and advice to clients in the commercial and residential property sector
Part of the week will be site-based and part at home working on reports and assisting clients; diaries are pre-planned in advance to support and assist work life balance
There will be a requirement to travel to sites with this role, so you will need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to sites
Qualification
Required
High level qualification and relevant experience in H&S, Environmental Health, Fire, or related subject
Experience in undertaking site based H&S / Fire Risk Assessments
Thorough knowledge of relevant UK standards and codes
Proven technical ability
Good report writing, IT and communication skills
Full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to sites
