Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, normalized, and secure organizational data (e.g., membership, property, assessments, compliance, communication)
Enforce standards around validation rules, deduplication, and access control
Conduct regular data-quality reviews and lead cleanup or remediation tasks
Oversee data imports, exports, migrations, and long-term data archiving
Administer and configure core Zoho apps: CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Forms
Build and optimize workflows, automations, and custom scripts (Deluge)
Troubleshoot errors, resolve sync issues, and drive system stability
Manage role-based access, user permissions, and platform security
Design and support integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms (e.g., payment systems, communication tools, file storage)
Automate business-critical workflows such as onboarding, compliance tracking, and service requests
Monitor and maintain automation health across all systems
Develop dashboards and reports for internal teams and executive leadership
Support compliance and operational reporting with clean, accurate data
Collaborate with finance to ensure system alignment between CRM and accounting workflows
Serve as Tier-2/3 support for Zoho issues and data integrity questions
Train internal users on platform functionality, updates, and best practices
Maintain thorough documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and user guides
Qualification
Required
Experience in data management and governance
Ability to maintain accurate, normalized, and secure organizational data
Knowledge of validation rules, deduplication, and access control
Experience conducting data-quality reviews and leading cleanup or remediation tasks
Proficiency in overseeing data imports, exports, migrations, and long-term data archiving
Experience administering and configuring core Zoho apps: CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Forms
Ability to build and optimize workflows, automations, and custom scripts (Deluge)
