Qualification
Required
Experience closing leads at Merrill, UBS, Schwab, or a high-performing RIA
Ability to manage the consultative sales process
Capability to focus on high-level advisory and client acquisition work
Desire for coaching, challenge, and sharpening of skills
Top producer mentality
Ability to engage in high-stakes, strategic conversations
Obsessed with preparation, precision, and execution
Desire for proximity to leadership and visibility into UHNW deals
Ability to perform best with a support system focused on closing
