Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and activity goals to support the organization's overall ticketing and premium sales objectives
Proactively identify and pursue new premium membership, suite lease, and hospitality opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clients, corporate partners, and key decision-makers across industries
Conduct tailored presentations and in-person meetings to position premium inventory and experiences aligned with client objectives
Deliver exceptional service to premium members, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and referral growth
Utilize CRM systems to accurately track sales activity, maintain client records, and support a robust and reportable pipeline
Partner cross-functionally with Service, Partnership, and Marketing teams to create high-impact client experiences
Represent Angel City FC at matches, networking events, and community activations
Support game day execution, including hosting clients and managing premium seating areas
Demonstrate thoughtful, creative approaches to prospecting, relationship building, and client appreciation

Required

Proven success in premium, B2B, or high-value ticket sales, preferably within professional sports, luxury hospitality, or entertainment
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
A polished, proactive, and relationship-first approach to sales and service
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce and Archtics preferred)
A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

Bilingual or multilingual skills (English/Spanish a plus)
